Tyler was killed in July 2007 while working at Alaska Mechanical Inc. in Nome, Alaska. He died when the JLG120 man lift tipped over.

Paul was killed on the job was killed on the job in July 2005 at Boston Logan International Airport while working at MainTech, LLC. in Boston, Massachusetts. He was electrocuted while working on a piece of equipment.

Federal OSHA investigated and proposed a $55,000.00 penalty for eight willful violations. The case is closed.

----He was assigned the job of a licensed electrician even though he held no licenses. His Company was held liable for the full amount because they filed an appeal too late. April 19, 1955 - July 27, 2005

peopleWilliam E. (Willy) Kingrey, 44

William was killed on the job in December 2010 while working at Asplunh Tree Expert in Trenton, Ohio. He was killed when he was struck by a CSX train.

Federal OSHA investigated and proposed a $7,000.00 penalty for one serious violation. In an informal settlement the penalty was reduced to $5,000.00 for one serious violations. This case is closed.

Michael was killed on the job in February 2014 while working at Wieser Concrete in Portage, Wisconsin. He was killed when chains holding a cement block gave way and crushed him.

Federal OSHA investigated and proposed a $ 21,000.00 penalty for three serious violations and $0.0 one other than serious violation. This case is being contested and still open.

William was killed in June 2004 while working at Grand Tower in St. Ignace Township, Michigan. He died from a fall from a cell tower.

OSHA investigated the incident and proposed a $98,000.00 penalty for four serious violations and one willful violation. In an informal settlement they were reduced to $20,500.00 for two serious violations and three other violations. This case is still opened.

Travis was killed in February 2007 while working for Orleans Hotel Casino/boyd Gaming in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was killed in a confined space from asphyxiation.

NV OSHA investigated the incident and proposed a $185,000.00 penalty for eight serious violations and one other violation. This penalty was not reduced.
